This Privacy Policy explains how Brand Pulse Management Limited (“Brand Pulse”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit brandpulseml.com or get in touch with us. We are a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Companies Registry No. 77790038) and we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address and project details, and, if you choose to provide them, your company name and phone or WhatsApp number. We also collect the information you share with us by email, messages or calls while we discuss or deliver a project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This helps us keep the website secure and working properly.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or financial information, through the enquiry form.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
prepare proposals, scopes and quotes;
deliver and manage the services you engage us for, including invoicing and record keeping;
keep our website and systems secure; and
meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your personal data for direct marketing unless you have given us your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time, free of charge.

3. How enquiries are handled

When you submit the enquiry form, your details are sent to our team by email. The website itself does not keep a database of form submissions.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:

service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and cloud storage providers;
professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, where needed; and
courts, regulators or law enforcement authorities where the law requires it.

We expect our service providers to protect your data and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

5. International transfers

We work with clients around the world, and some of our service providers store data outside Hong Kong. When your personal data is transferred outside Hong Kong, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to a standard comparable to this policy.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above. Enquiry details are kept while we discuss your project. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship and afterwards for as long as required for legal, accounting or tax purposes. After that, we delete the data or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect it

Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and third-party services

Our website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Some fonts on the website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data about you, to request a copy of it, and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. We will respond to data access and correction requests within 40 days. The Ordinance allows us to charge a fee for a data access request, and we will tell you the amount before we proceed.

If you live outside Hong Kong, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country. We will handle those requests in line with the law that applies.

Our website may link to other websites and social media platforms. We are not responsible for how those sites handle personal data, so please read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
